Fun Lab Improv for Parents

(and kids)

Learning to apply the foundations of improvisation to parenting can help manage anxiety, improve self confidence, emotional intelligence, interpersonal and listening skills, and to connect with your kids through meaningful play.

Shake things up, get out of your head, play with status shifts, experience a diminished consciousness of self, and have some fun! Through improv you will stumble upon new behaviors, thoughts, strategies, and ways of being. You will make new cognitive connections that find their way into our everyday lives - and experience the added bonus of irrational bliss and uncontrollable fits of laughter.

This class is for parents of kids of all ages, and may really benefit kids who are spending an inordinate amount of time on screens because of virtual school - away from friends and suffering from play deprivation.

(All exercises and games are age appropriate)
